The pronounced goal of the cooperation between Régens and Gondrand Kft. is the creation of an advanced IT solution with better data management and transmission along supply chain. In this way the amount of time spent can be reduced in connection with data management; the quality of data are better and the whole process is more safe.

The Management of our strategic partner Gondrand Ltd. would like to introduce an internet-based system, which supports the communication within the supply chain and properly controls the process.

The implemented web-based system is intergated into the GroupBy groupage system. The set up of the connection between GroupBy system and the company group interface center means a solution to create a transparent and significantly faster communication between companies (or countries).

The implemented system with the help of web-based user interface is used for:

• creating and tracking the assignments of the suppliers
• transmission the created assignments of the suppliers to the logistic provider’s system
• tracking the assignments of the suppliers by the client.
