National Instruments (NI) came to Régens looking for a software solution for its customs reporting and processing activities. As a global leader in measurement and automation technology, NI routinely imports and exports raw materials and finished goods through many countries—incurring costs associated with customs obligations and various duty laws.

Management and submission of accurate customs reports and documents to the proper authorities was challenging throughout National Instruments' worldwide manufacturing operations.

Régens integrated its Custom[R]s product suite into existing NI technology framework to ensure customs compliance in its data collection and processing activities, as well as reduce administrative and communication costs.

Régens was able to implement its customs support solution into existing frameworks at NI, increasing productivity and decreasing costs associated with compliance and reporting.
